Hi, I’m Gabriel.
I’m a 27-year-old Brazilian living in Portugal who got tired of fitness advice that assumed you have $200/month for a gym and a personal chef. So I built Fit Budget Life — a place where every workout, meal plan, and money tip is tested against one simple question:
